Welcome to ASubToGo ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the subscription products and services provided by our tenants (the "Services"). By subscribing to or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not subscribe or use the Services.

1. Definitions

Account: Your registration and profile with us.
Subscriber: An individual or entity who subscribes to our Services.
Subscription: The recurring plan you select from a tenant to receive our Services.
Content: Any materials, products, or services delivered as part of your Subscription.

2. Subscription Plans & Billing

We offer various subscription plans with different features, durations, and fees. Each plan's details will be displayed at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise specified, your Subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees and taxes associated with your Subscription. You must keep payment information current.
We may adjust our prices at any time. We will notify you at least 30 days prior to any change. Price changes will take effect on your next billing cycle.

3. Trial Period

If you enroll in a trial ("Trial"), you will receive access to the Services for free for the trial period. To avoid charges, cancel before the Trial ends; otherwise, your Subscription will convert to a paid plan.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your Subscription at any time via your Account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Unless required by law or expressly stated, we do not provide refunds for partial periods or unused Services.

5. Subscriber Obligations

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to subscribe.
Account Security: Keep your Account credentials and payment methods secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable Use: You agree not to resell, distribute, or otherwise misuse the Services or Content.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights in the Services and Content are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for your personal or internal business purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your Subscription or use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By subscribing, you consent to our collection and use of your information as detailed in that policy.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes and post the revised Terms with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
